Our Chicken Siu Mai is made in-house using chicken only, without MSG or lard. It is a high quality, healthy and Hong Kong authentic breakfast choice for customers. The dipping sauces are also unique. We start with a thick, sweet soy sauce from a 150-year-old soy sauce maker in Kumamoto, Kyushu, with red sake, a Kumamoto speciality, added to make it richer and more viscous. This already goes hand in hand with the siu mai. It can also be served with a Sansho Pepper Chili Oil, which contains a mixture of fried garlic and crushed pepper, giving the siu mai a rich texture, while the mild spiciness accommodates our general customers.
